Hot Dip Galvanize The process of Hot-Dip Galvanizing applies a metallic zinc coating to chemically washed steel or iron by dipping it in a molten zinc bath at a temperature of approximately 450* Celcius.
Hot-Dip Galvanized coatings have been used for over 150 years and has proven itself to be the best and most practical solution to corrosion problems. Research indicated that galvanized coatings corrode about 18 to 80 times slower than steel.
The life of galvanized steel is proportional to its thickness. Thinner corrosion solutions, such as electro-galvanizing and cold galvanizing, are not as durable as hot-dip coatings.

Our Process

Our galvanizing process consist of 4 fundamental steps:

Surface Preparation
The preparation step consists of cleaning and picking operations that free the surface of dirt, grease, rust and scale.

Prefluxing
This step serves to dissolve any oxide that may have formed on the iron or steel surface after pickling and prevents further rust from forming.

Galvanizing
Clean, oxide-free iron or steel is immersed into molten zinc.

Finishing
Finishing procedure include quenching, removing excess zinc on the product, and inspection.
